90 minute workshop for clubs & players
  • ​Content as per the intro session plus
  •  Exploring ‘The Stress Bucket’
  •  Developing personal & club mental fitness plans to follow
  •  Group & individual tasks to increase understanding of good self care

COACHES & LEADERS

Two hour interactive session

Topics covered include:

  • Promoting positive mental health in your club or league
  •  Supporting your players & club
  •  Looking after your own wellbeing
  •  Creating a plan to embed positive mental health ideas in your club
